A lot worth talking about

This is where Cerrado Mineiro shows everything it's capable of. Grand Lot Reserva is not a blending bean — it's a conversation starter. The kind of coffee you pull out when you want to show someone what Brazilian specialty can really do.

The profile is vibrant and fruit-forward: bright citrus acidity that gives way to lush red fruit notes of blackberry and strawberry. The finish is clean and long, fully traceable from the farm in Minas Gerais to your roastery floor.

Roasts well across the spectrum, but really sings at light to medium roast where the fruit complexity has room to breathe. Excellent for single-origin espresso and filter.
